Role Description

This is a leadership role for a Finance Manager responsible for overseeing financial planning, accounting operations, and financial reporting activities to support organizational performance and business growth. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing budgeting and forecasting processes, preparing financial reports, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and financial regulations. Additional responsibilities include supervising accounts payable and receivable functions, conducting financial analysis, supporting audit activities, and providing strategic financial insights to support management decision-making. The role also involves improving financial processes, monitoring operational performance, managing financial risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business efficiency and financial performance. The position requires strong analytical thinking, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple financial priorities in a fast-paced and professional environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial management, accounting operations, and financial reporting standards

• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis principles

• Ability to prepare, review, and interpret financial statements and operational reports accurately

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and numerical accuracy

• Familiarity with accounting software, ERP systems, spreadsheets, and financial reporting tools

• Ability to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support audit and risk management activities

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple financial priorities, deadlines, and operational responsibilities effectively

• Understanding of financial controls, performance analysis, and business planning concepts is an advantage

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and operational accuracy

• Professional attitude, adaptability, and commitment to maintaining high financial and ethical standards

  • • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications are advantageous
