Key responsibilities

Prepare accurate financial and management reports (daily, monthly, quarterly, annual) and ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
Analyse financial performance, provide actionable insights, and support new business initiatives.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and development of real-time dashboards for decision making.
Oversee regulatory reporting, tax compliance, and coordination with external tax advisors.
Lead external audits and maintain strong relationships with auditors.
Enhance internal controls, financial systems, and automation to drive efficiency and scalability.
Support the Head of Finance in managing regional finance teams

Role requirements

8+ years relevant experience (financial control, financial reporting, tax, audit, consolidations), with supervisory experience preferred
Experience in either Crypto currency, trading / markets industry or investment banking
