Our client is an innovative technology startup focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions. As we scale, we need a skilled Finance Manager to lead their accounting and financial processes and partner with leadership to fuel their growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full sets of accounts including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Handle all tax matters including compliance, filings, and planning to optimize tax positions
- Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring timely completion and regulatory compliance
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies
- Implement and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to guide strategic decision-making
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations, legal, and HR
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
- Proven experience managing full accounting functions in a fast-paced environment, ideally within tech or startups
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask and work independently under tight deadlines
