Position: Finance Manager
Reports to: CEO
Responsibilities:
- Manage, supervise, and coach the Finance team and Logistic Shipping Officer to drive performance and support growth
- Oversee full spectrum of finance (AP, AR, GL, reporting) using ERP (SyteLine)
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports
- Liaise directly with corporate secretariat and external auditors
- Ensure compliance with Singapore tax, audit, and statutory requirements
- Drive process improvements and cost control initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably within the SME manufacturing industry
- Delivered hands-on leadership in managing daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in ERP and MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environment
