Finance Manager

Company Overview

EBUY is a fresh produce wholesaler providing one-stop supply solutions to the food and beverage (F&B) industry in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions including AP, AR, GL and month-end closing

• Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts and analysis

• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards, tax and statutory requirements

• Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting and cost control

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and relevant authorities

• Review and strengthen internal controls and financial processes

• Support management with financial planning and business decision-making

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

• Proven experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance role

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Familiar with Singapore tax and statutory compliance

• Strong analytical and organisational skills

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

• Experience in F&B, wholesale, logistics or distribution is an advantage
