Finance Manager (Controllership | Tech Industry)
Were hiring a hands on and detail oriented Finance Manager to join a growing finance team supporting international operations across multiple entities. This is a group-level role with a strong focus on consolidation, reporting, compliance, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Group Financial Reporting
- Prepare timely and accurate consolidated financial statements for multiple entities in line with IFRS.
- Manage intercompany transactions, elimination entries, and foreign currency translations.
- Maintain the integrity of the groups chart of accounts and financial reporting structures.
- Provide analysis and commentary on financial performance for senior leadership.
Controllership & Compliance
- Support statutory reporting and act as a key liaison with external auditors during annual audits.
- Ensure financial controls are operating effectively and accounting practices are aligned across regions.
- Oversee compliance with tax and regulatory requirements across relevant jurisdictions.
Process & Systems Improvement
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in financial close and reporting processes, and drive automation where possible.
- Collaborate on ERP enhancements and support finance system upgrades to improve data quality and reporting speed.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA/ACCA) qualification is mandatory.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally with a blend of audit and commercial finance exposure.
- Experience working in tech, fintech, or fast-growing companies is preferred.
- Strong technical understanding of IFRS and group-level reporting.
- Comfortable working with ERP systems and highly proficient in Excel. Experience with BI tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently in a lean team environment.
