Finance Manager (Consolidation, SGX)

The Company

Our client is an established Singapore headquartered company with strong growth and stability. Keen to hire a hands-on and detailed Finance talent with complex Consolidation experience. SGX reporting exposure can be advantageous.

Overtime required due to tight reporting and SGX deadlines.

Requirements

• Degree qualified with more than 5 years of complex Consolidation experience (including joint ventures, associates, investment holding co etc)
• SGX reporting experience can be advantageous
• Relevant industry exposure from Infrastructure / Energy/ Real Estate
• Prior Big 4 background can be helpful
• Traits: Hands-on, resilient, hardworking, motivated, team player

Job Scope

As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for group reporting, consolidation and SGX related activities. You will drive the reporting process, including reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual financial performance across business units, and accurate reporting of group financials. You will be responsible for preparation of financial presentations, board papers and insights for senior leadership discussions. You will oversee SGX reporting requirements, ensure compliance with listing rules and timely submissions, consolidation (>200 entities) and perform indepth analysis of results across different business units and provide strategic recommendations. You will also partner closely with regional finance teams in the region to ensure consistency and alignment in reporting standards.
