Key responsibilities

Manage group consolidation processes across monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Prepare reporting for SGX filings, Board papers and relevant reports for the Company's AGM
Review subsidiary financials and deliver consolidated management reports with meaningful variance analysis and performance insights
Support group-wide budgeting and forecasting activities, aligning financial plans with overall business strategy
Coordinate audit processes across entities, working closely with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth and timely completion
Prepare group financial statements and drive the adoption and implementation of accounting standards and reporting policies
Partner with regional finance teams to ensure consistency in reporting, provide technical accounting guidance, and support ongoing process improvements

Role requirements

Degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance (e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent)
4-5 years of relevant experience, including a mix of audit and commercial finance exposure, with involvement in group reporting or consolidation and SGX regulatory reporting
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g. IFRS or equivalent frameworks)
Familiarity with listed company reporting requirements and regulatory environments is preferred
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple entities and deadlines
