Responsibilities

  • Daily data entry of invoices in the accounting system
  • Reconciliation of Account Receivable / Payable
  • Update the Account Receivable aging report and send out SOA
  • Prepare General proof of payment such as expenses and personnel claims. Data entry for AP payment and settlement
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by superior
  • Support day-to-day finance operations
  • Prepare simple full sets of accounts (AR/AP/GL)
  • Assisting in a full set of accounts, including monthly/quarterly/yearly accounting closing
  • Ensure documents (hard & soft copy) are filed promptly and accurately
  • Intercompany transactions, and reconciliations
  • Handling of Human Resources and payroll matters.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Accountancy, ISCA, ACCA, or other equivalent professional qualifications
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Meticulous and organized individual with strong initiatives
  • Positive work attitudes and willingness to learn
  • Proficient with MS Office and comfortable learning
  • Knowledge of MYOB and Xero will be an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Singaporean and Permanent Resident preferred.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
