Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership, partnering closely with senior management and the Board to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting while overseeing end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, audit, and compliance to support scalable growth.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls, risk management frameworks, and governance standards.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team aligned with the firm's values.

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within financial services, including advisory, wealth management, asset management, or insurance.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CFA are preferred.
• Strong hands-on expertise across full sets of accounts, reporting, audit, and Singapore tax regulations.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially minded, with the ability to translate numbers into strategic insights.
• Strong communicator with proven stakeholder management and leadership skills, viewing finance as a strategic growth enabler rather than just a compliance function.
