Job Description
- Lead the full spectrum of finance activities, including financial reporting, month-end close, treasury management, budgeting, forecasting, and audit coordination.
- Deliver management reporting, financial analysis, and actionable recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, tax regulations, and corporate governance standards while supporting regional reporting requirements.
- Drive finance process enhancements, controls, and system improvement initiatives to support business transformation objectives.
- Partner with business stakeholders on pricing, cost management, investment evaluation, and performance monitoring.
- Provide leadership and guidance to finance and cross-functional team members while promoting strong financial governance.
- Oversee selected administrative and HR-related processes, including payroll coordination, employee lifecycle support, and regulatory compliance.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with a recognised professional accounting qualification preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant finance experience, including managerial responsibilities within a Singapore-based business environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, local taxation, compliance requirements, budgeting, and business partnering.
- Experience working with lean teams and managing stakeholders across different functions and reporting lines.
- Commercially minded, resilient, detail-oriented, and capable of driving change in a fast-evolving environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior management.
