- Oversee the finance function for large-scale or tender-driven projects
- Develop and implement financial frameworks, policies, and governance structures
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost management efforts to drive profitability
- Deliver financial analysis and scenario planning to support business decisions
- Manage end-to-end financial reporting with a strong focus on compliance
- Monitor cash flow, funding needs, and treasury operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational objectives
- Assess financial risks and execute appropriate mitigation plans
- Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities
- Coach and support the finance team to ensure effective project execution
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CA, CFA) are a plus
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, ideally within project-based or contract-driven environments
- Solid expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Demonstrated experience in establishing or managing finance functions for large projects
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance practices
- Effective stakeholder engagement and business partnering abilities
- Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to adapt in fast-paced settings
