PROJECT MANAGER

1. Develop the company capability to achieve main contractor level.

2. Ensuring and overseeing tasks such as construction process, budgeting, implementation, project

milestones and deadlines are met, project meetings, and ensuring that all activities are conducted

in full compliance with procedures and compliance requirements and standards.

3. Adequate knowledge and technical understanding of construction such as knowledge of building

codes, trade sequencing, and best building practices, as these enable construction supervisor and

workers to handle complex and detailed projects.
