Finance Lead – High Technology Sector

Our client is a leading European organization in the high-technology sector with its regional headquarters based in Singapore. To support its continued growth, the company is seeking a Finance Lead to join the team.

Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Director, you will oversee a team of 10 and be responsible for the full spectrum of financial control and reporting activities. This includes managing month-end closing, financial reporting, internal controls, statutory audits, and tax compliance (including GST and corporate tax). You will also play a key role in system implementation projects and in driving the standardization of financial processes and controls across both the business and the shared service center.

The ideal candidate will hold an Accounting degree or ACCA qualification and bring at least 10 years of relevant experience in a multinational environment. You should have strong hands-on expertise in managing full sets of accounts, including corporate tax matters. Detail-oriented, with excellent communication and organizational skills, you can work effectively with stakeholders while leading and developing a finance team.
