Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Finance Intern to join our Controllership team. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of financial reporting, compliance, and operational finance accounting, all within a dynamic and fast-paced regional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with monthly close activities, which include performing account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports, helping to provide clear and accurate financial information.
  • Conduct variance analysis and assist in resolving accounting discrepancies, contributing to the accuracy and reliability of financial records.
  • Help with the documentation and implementation of internal controls and financial processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Participate in adhoc projects, such as process improvements and automation initiatives, to support the continuous enhancement of finance operations.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CoPilot; familiarity with ERP systems is considered a plus.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
