Our client has consistently been voted as one of the world&aposs admired companies to work for and an exciting opportunity has now come up for a strong finance (HR) business partner to lead strategic resource (including headcount and manpower) discussions with the senior leadership team.
Role
In this newly created role, you will be leveraging off your financial acumen to perform strategic analysis and reviews on workforce planning, resource allocations, HR operations, whilst recommending continuous improvement initiatives. This would also involve leading transformation initiatives on existing business/organisation structures and the associated people/resource impact. As this role involves access to sensitive and confidential data - accessible only to select senior leaders - you must also have the maturity and the nuance to navigate through delicate topics with flair and confidence.
Requirements
You have a strong finance background and/or are highly numerate and analytical. Constantly asking pertinent questions, you are resourceful in data gathering so as to effectively connect the dots and form an overall view. Ability to think out of the box, adept in scenario analysis and financial modelling, coupled with excellent EXCEL skills are extremely desirable. Candidates with prior experience in advanced AI technology/tools will be favourably considered. You bring discipline and rigour to analysis and understand the balance to strive between short term operational needs and long-term strategic investments. Strong presentation and communication skills are critical success factors for this role. Experience in leading organisational transformation, whilst not a must, would be highly advantageous.
