Serve as strategic financial advisor to business units, providing comprehensive financial insights and support to drive informed decision-making and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

. Partner with business unit leaders to develop financial plans and budgets

. Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives

. Monitor and analyze financial performance across all business units

. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial trends

. Provide financial analysis and recommendations for business decisions

. Work closely with operations, sales, and product teams

. Prepare executive-level financial presentations and board materials

. Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and systems

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

. Professional certification (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred

. Minimum 1 year of experience in financial planning and analysis

. Proven experience in business partnering or financial advisory roles

. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel

. Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems

. Excellent communication and presentation abilities

. Strong analytical and quantitative skills
