Bank account opening, maintenance and reconciliation
Enter invoices or receipts, payments and journals to accounting system and maintain fullsets of accounts for household expenditure.
Consolidate region household expenditure and prepare monthly expenditure report for client
Petty cash custodian - issuance, maintenance and reconciliation
Validate employee reimbursement for company and household expenditure
Prepare and execute fund transfer and telegraphic transfers for payment
Assist with region corporate tax compliance, preparation of tax and GST filings, and liaison with external tax advisors to ensure compliance with local and international tax laws
Assist to review the management report for various regional companies
Assist to provide inputs for regional pricing models and upload into internal system for approval
Coordinate and support annual audits and internal reviews.
Liaise with corporate secretary to ensure statutory documents are prepared, maintained and lodged on time
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts for the client and company
Maintain meticulous financial records, filing, and documentation to support transparency and compliance
Carry out administrative duties such as mail management, filing, copying, scanning etc
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Meticulous, responsible, reliable and has good working ethics
Good knowledge of Singapore Financial reporting Standards (SFRS), Singapore payroll compliance (i.e. benefits-in-kind) and Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations.
