Responsibilities

Ensure the accuracy of accounting records for incoming receipts and carry out regular bank reconciliations.

Log daily donation entries and verify them against the transaction history to ensure reconciliation with daily collections.

Compile the yearly fixed asset schedule to support audit requirements.

Assist in developing and organizing the annual budget plan.

Prepare and update the fixed asset register annually to facilitate audit processes.
