Finance Executive

• Handle full spectrum of AR, AP and GL.
• Handle full spectrum of Funding (Recurring / Restricted / Adhoc)
• Perform Bank Reconciliation & Cashflow Monitoring
• Prepare Account Schedules & Reconciliation
• Drafting Budget and Budget Variance Reporting
• Attend to Audit Queries
• Minutes taking
• Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy from a local polytechnic

Other Information

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in finance, preferably in a non-profit or similar sector
• Proficiency in financial software, preferably Microsoft Business Central 365.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills
• High degree of accuracy, analytical and meticulous
• Able to multi-task, set priorities and meet multiple deadline
• Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be proactive and take accountability
