Role summary
As a Finance Executive, you will be the backbone of JobTech's day-to-day financial operations. You will ensure that our accounts are accurate, our vendors are paid on time, and our internal payroll is executed flawlessly. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys a mix of structured financial work and varied administrative challenges.The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating an efficient and positive work environment.
Accounting & Book-keeping
Maintain full sets of accounts, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with local accounting standards.
Responsible for doing month-end closing and reporting to management.
Payroll Management
Process monthly payroll for all employees, including CPF contributions, tax filings (IR8A), and ensuring timely salary disbursements.
Accounts Payable & Invoicing
Manage the end-to-end payment process, from verifying vendor invoices and processing payments to issuing timely invoices to our clients.
Vendor Contract Management
Maintain a central repository of all vendor contracts, tracking renewal dates, terms, and ensuring all services are delivered as per agreed commercial terms.
Ad-hoc Admin & Support
Assist management with administrative tasks, including office management, corporate secretarial coordination, and other project-based duties as assigned.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in a similar multi-disciplinary role covering administration, finance, and HR.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with accounting and CRM software.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
A proactive, resourceful, and positive attitude.
