Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate is meticulous, reliable, and experienced in handling full sets of accounts, preferably within the construction or project-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Manage invoicing, progress claims, and payment collections
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and cost control for projects
- Assist in GST submission, audits, and tax matters
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
- Support payroll processing and financial reporting when required
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
- Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based environment preferred
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and GST
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
