. Responsible for daily financial accounting and bookkeeping of the Singapore entity, ensuring records are authentic, accurate and compliant.
. Implement group financial policies, conduct expense review, fund receipt and payment, reimbursement processing and invoice management.
. Assist with tax filing and tax compliance, liaise with local tax authorities and audit institutions.
. Participate in budget preparation, cost statistics and data verification to support business decision-making.
. Complete monthly, quarterly and annual closing, and submit group financial statements on time.
. Cooperate with internal and external audits, maintain proper filing of financial documents and collaborate cross-functionally.

. Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
. 1-2 years of relevant finance experience, familiar with SFRS / IFRS.
. Able to independently perform full-cycle bookkeeping, financial statements and basic tax work.
. Proficient in financial software and office applications, with strong data analysis skills.
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
. Adaptable to cross-border collaboration, with strong execution and communication abilities.
. Experience with HR / administrative processes and Singapore labor regulations is a plus.
Basic Salary: Up to SGD4500, prefer candidate who can speak Chinese to coordinate with Chinese stakeholders
