- 1. Financial Planning, Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Support the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for assigned business units/functions.
- Liaise with sales & project team to gather input, validate assumptions, and align financial targets.
- Monitor and ensure budget adherence through tracking of KPIs and variance analysis.
- Prepare accurate and timely weekly and monthly financial and management reports.
- Ensure completeness, data integrity, and consistency in reporting.
- Provide variance analysis with clear commentary on performance drivers.
- 2. Financial Closing & Reporting Support
- Participate in month-end closing, quarterly Board meeting preparation, and annual budget processes.
- Support reconciliations and reporting schedules to ensure accurate financial closing.
- Ensure financial data used for reporting and analysis is aligned with accounting records and company policies.
- Prepare management reports and presentation slides for review by senior management.
- Cost Controlling, OPEX & CAPEX Management
- Understand and monitor cost centers spent, including OPEX, CAPEX analysis and cost allocation methodologies.
- Analyze operating expenses against budget and forecast.
- Ready to business partner with cost center owners
- 4. Revenue & Margin Analysis
- Collect and analyze variances to plan.
- Monitor and analyze of order intake, turnover and impact on backlog
Your Qualifications
- Experience Minimum 4 years in Financial Planning & Analysis, controlling or related finance roles.
- Technical Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI. Experience in S4 Hana SAP would be advantageous.
- Accuracy & Detail High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy in financial data and reporting.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Work Ethic Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
