Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Month-end closing of accounts, preparation of financial statement.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities.
  • Quarterly GST submission and liaise with tax agent on corporate tax submission.
  • Preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts as per corporate guidelines.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, banks, and external auditors as needed.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Cash flow management.
  • Assist in new processes and system implementation when required.
  • Other ad-hoc projects when assigned

Job Specification:

  • Degree in Business Administration / Finance Management/ Accountancy.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in construction industry.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, ERP System, Companies ACT and other accounting regulatory requirements is a pre-requisite
  • Audit experience advantageous.
  • Hands-on and meticulous individual with good analytical skills.
  • Good accounting and cost accounting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment and teamwork.
  • Self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of personal professionalism and integrity.
  • High degree of initiative and independence with strong analytical skills.
  • Able to read and write Chinese due to the in-house system.
  • Working Location: Surbana Jurong Campus (Cleantech Loop).
  • 6 days work week.
