Finance Executive

You will be responsible for managing Finance functions which include:

Responsibilities

-Review vendors & staff purchase requisition for compliance to Procurement Policy

- Manage creation & approval of purchase orders

- Review invoices & staff claims for compliance to Procurement Policy.

- support financial month end closing activities

- support ad hoc duties when required

Requirements

. Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification

. Minimum 5 years relevant experience

. Meticulous, adaptable and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization

. Experience in social service sectors will be an added advantage.

. Able to start work immediately or at short notice
