Finance Director / Senior Finance Manager

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, offering flexibility to work remotely for some tasks. The Finance Director / Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial well-being of the company, including financial planning and forecasting, preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize financial performance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The role also involves leading financial assessments for new business opportunities and investments to support the company's growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Financial Statements preparation
• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance
• Experience in preparing and managing Financial Reporting processes
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with both remote and in-office responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA or CFA certification is an advantage)
• Experience in a relevant industry or corporate finance environment is preferred
