Finance Business Partner, Manufacturing Sector

Our client is a Singapore-headquartered manufacturing organization with footprint in China. In line with their continued growth, they are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their team.

In this role, you will oversee plants in China, acting as a trusted financial advisor to address both strategic and operational challenges. You will lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, develop robust financial models, and work closely with business leaders to ensure financial strategies are aligned with operational objectives.

Beyond core finance responsibilities, you will play a key role in the companys digitalization journey, driving automation initiatives, implementing ERP enhancements, and advancing analytics platforms to strengthen decision-making.

The ideal candidate is a degree-qualified CA/CPA with at least 10 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing sector. You are digitally savvy, commercially astute, and recognized for your strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
