Description
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making across regional portfolio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, operations etc. to drive business outcomes through meaningful financial insights
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth
- Review financials, contracts, and pricing strategies to maximise project profitability
- Prepare and present business review decks for senior management to support strategic initiatives
- Partner with IT to enhance digital finance transformation and recommend analytical tools that improve accuracy
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline; professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA) preferred
- At least 8 years of combined experience in a professional accounting firm (e.g. Big 4) and commercial roles in business partnering/FP&A within a MNC
- Proven stakeholder management experience across sales and operations, preferably in IT or other fast-paced industries
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
- Strategic thinker with hands-on experience using analytical tools such as Power BI or AI-driven solutions
