Reporting to the FP&A Manager, the role of the Regional Finance Analyst is to provide support to the Regional Finance team across Asia Pacific. This will help the Regional Finance Analyst to gain notable experience and insight into the different markets that Edrington conducts business, but to also develop analytical and commercial skills within the accounting discipline.
- Assist the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for APAC
- Assist the consolidation and analysis of APAC results for reporting purposes
- Assist with budget and forecast templates creation
- Responsible for system submissions (IBM Planning Analytics and SAP)
- Preparation of weekly APAC reports for management
- Support monthly and year end APAC regional reporting (KPIs)
- Review and analyze monthly financial performance
- Processing month end journals for regional management reporting
- Ensure proper price ladder process are adhered to in accordance with APAC requirement /Global Pricing guidance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to derive accurate monthly volume and top-line delivery for 3PM
- Maintenance of 3PM master price list and SKU listing and product profitability analysis
Talent and skills:
- Experience in Accounting / FP&A field
- Professional Accounting Qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Technical Competence and /or knowledge of accounting rules
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office Applications, particularly in Excel
- Exposure to SAP and IBM Planning Analytics (TM1)
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical mind-set and highattention to detail
- Enjoys working cross functionally, but with the capability and confidence to be self-sufficient
