Position Overview

Support the finance team through comprehensive financial analysis, reporting, and planning activities. Ensure financial accuracy and support informed business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports

. Conduct detailed variance analysis comparing actual results to budgets

. Analyze financial trends and provide insights on business performance

. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts

. Support month-end closing processes and financial reconciliation

. Maintain and update financial databases and reporting systems

. Work closely with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial data

. Support other finance team members in various analytical projects

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

. Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred

. Minimum 1 year of experience in financial analysis or accounting roles

. Experience in financial services or fintech industry preferred

. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling

. Experience with financial software and ERP systems

. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

. Strong organizational and time management abilities
