The Landscape Industry Association (Singapore) - LIAS is looking for a meticulous and responsible Finance & Administration Executive to support our Secretariat team. The role involves managing financial accounts, handling daily operational finance matters, and providing administrative support for association activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage invoicing, payments, and financial record-keeping.
- Handle GST submissions, tax matters, and payroll administration (including CPF).
- Assist in budget tracking, audit preparation, and compliance reporting.
- Support operational and administrative functions, including procurement, coordination of meetings, and documentation.
- Assist in event preparations and provide on-site support during workshops, seminars, and association events.
- Work closely with the Secretariat team on association projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in accounting software (Xero/QuickBooks/MYOB) and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Singapore's accounting, GST, and payroll standards.
- Singaporean or PR Resident
- Able to work independently.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A team player with a positive, responsible, and service-oriented attitude.
- Prior experience working in an association, non-profit, or membership-based organisation will be an advantage.
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid work model: 2 days in office and 3 days remote work per week (subject to operational needs).
