Job Description

The Landscape Industry Association (Singapore) - LIAS is looking for a meticulous and responsible Finance & Administration Executive to support our Secretariat team. The role involves managing financial accounts, handling daily operational finance matters, and providing administrative support for association activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoicing, payments, and financial record-keeping.
  • Handle GST submissions, tax matters, and payroll administration (including CPF).
  • Assist in budget tracking, audit preparation, and compliance reporting.
  • Support operational and administrative functions, including procurement, coordination of meetings, and documentation.
  • Assist in event preparations and provide on-site support during workshops, seminars, and association events.
  • Work closely with the Secretariat team on association projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in accounting software (Xero/QuickBooks/MYOB) and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of Singapore's accounting, GST, and payroll standards.
  • Singaporean or PR Resident
  • Able to work independently.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A team player with a positive, responsible, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Prior experience working in an association, non-profit, or membership-based organisation will be an advantage.

Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid work model: 2 days in office and 3 days remote work per week (subject to operational needs).
