Position: Finance & Accounting, Deputy Manager (Permanent)

We are hiring for a reputable Chinese bank.

Work location: CBD

Responsibilities:

- Prepare daily MAS regulatory ratio computations and notifications.

- Prepare monthly and quarterly MAS regulatory submissions.

- Handle regulatory queries and conduct variance analysis.

- Prepare annual financial statements.

- Assess accounting implications of new products, complex transactions, and changes in business arrangements.

- Maintain and develop finance-related internal control procedures.

- Perform any other assigned tasks as required.

Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor of Accounting degree or ProfessionalAccounting Qualifications (e.g., ACCA, Chartered Accountant).

- At least 3 years of finance experience in a bank, financial institution, or accounting firm.

- Strong knowledge of MAS regulatory reporting requirement sand financial reporting standards.

- Solid understanding of internal controls and finance operational processes.

- Basic ability to read and write in Business Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking parties and Head Office colleagues.
