Job Summary
Manage financial and administrative operations to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. Support tax, audit, HR, and corporate compliance activities while collaborating with internal teams to optimize financial and operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial operations including bookkeeping, vendor invoice verification, accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring to maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare and submit management reports, project profit and loss statements, cash flow forecasts, annual budgets, and other financial reports in compliance with company policies and local accounting standards
- Liaise with tax agents and regulatory authorities to ensure timely filing and payment of taxes
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure timely collection of accounts receivable, payment of accounts payable, and control of project expenses
- Control and monitor intercompany transactions to maintain accurate internal financial records
- Manage HR and administrative functions including payroll processing, Employment Pass applications, employee data management, and ensuring statutory compliance
- Coordinate with the company secretary to support corporate compliance and statutory filings
- Liaise with auditors to facilitate statutory audits and ensure timely completion
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments and special projects as required to support business needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 2 to 4 years of experience in finance and operations
- Knowledge of accounting standards, tax compliance, and financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with payroll, HR administration, and employment regulations
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office
