As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Perform on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of equipment and systems.

• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and servicing to ensure optimal system performance.

• Diagnose technical faults and carry out troubleshooting and repairs in the field.

• Respond to service requests and resolve technical issues within agreed service timelines.

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers during installation and maintenance visits.

• Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation after each site visit.

• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, and support) to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
