Manage day to day secretarial support and administrative work, including translating between English and Japanese languages.
Engage and interact with President's family in Japanese language, creating a consistent learning environment on Japanese language, culture, daily living and social nuances.
Maintain proper documentation and records management, prepare budgeting and expenses reports, and process claims.
Plan and coordinate hospitality arrangements for VIPs/guests including ushering duties and accommodation and transportation arrangements.
Plan and prepare necessary documents and book meeting venues in advance.
Travel with President's family to oversee all aspects of coordination and activities.
Requirements
Native Japanese preferred, with proficiency in English language.
Outgoing and easygoing personality.
Comfortable to interact with C-suite personnel and VIPs, and engage young children well.
Able to commit to work schedules (e.g. Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat, 12pm to 9pm) and frequent travels.
