As a Staff Nurse (Home Care), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assessing patients condition and implement nursing care plan.
- Performing nursing procedures in patient's home such as wound dressing and management, removal of stitches, venepuncture, changing of urinary catheter and etc.
- Ensuring continuity of treatment plans for home care patients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures carried out and medications dispensed.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Nursing.
- Must be registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
- At least 2 years of inpatient ward or nursing home experiences.
- Possess Advanced Diploma in Gerontology or Palliative care will be an advantage.
