Field Support/Service Engineer

Responsibilities :
. Provide Pre and after sales maintenance support
. Carry out troubleshooting basic repairs, rectifications and servicing of AV and IT hardware and software
. Manage preventive and comprehensive maintenance, setup, installation, and commissioning of AV systems and solutions.
. Provide on-site and remote technical support.
. Support in handling projects.
. Provide engineering and application support to the Sales Team.
. Field support for installation and cabling work on-site as necessary.
. Responsible for system setup, testing and commissioning.
. Prepare service reports and documentation.
. Perform any other technical roles and responsibilities as necessary.

Requirement :-
. Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in IT, Electrical, Mechantronics or Electronics Engineering.
. Hardworking, willing to learn and possess a positive attitude
. Knowledge of AutoCad is an added advantage
. Able to work independently.
. Ability to communicate in Mandarin with customers and suppliers is preferred.
