Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Singapore for a Field Service Technician. The role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing water and environmental sensing technologies. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance of field equipment for optimal performance, responding to service calls promptly, conducting diagnostic assessments, and generating detailed service reports. Additionally, the technician will ensure compliance with health and safety standards and work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve service processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in installation, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic abilities, and adept problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with environmental technology applications and IoT systems such as wastewater and groundwater monitoring equipment
- Comfort in working on-site with adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to adapt to varied environments
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and prepare service reports
- Relevant certifications or diploma/degree in engineering, electronics, or a related technical field
- Previous experience in water technology or environmental monitoring is advantageous
