Field Service Technician (Full Time)
As a field service technician, you will be required to travel to client locations, install new equipment, troubleshoot equipment issues, and provide technical training on company equipment.
To ensure success as a field service technician, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills, plenty of field experience, and the ability to adapt to a changing work schedule. Ultimately, a top-level field service technician efficiently manages all service callouts, providing high-quality service and repairs for any job size.
Job Responsibilities:
. Servicing, installation, repair & maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical parts and equipment at clients premises or workshop
. Using the various type of tools to perform work
. Troubleshooting breakdown equipment
. Periodic check on equipment and maintenance for equipment
. Contributing to customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer orders and expectation
. Able to work under minimal supervision
Requirements:
. Minimum ITE / Nitec in the related engineering field (Electrical/ Mechanical) or equivalent.
. Must have basic Electrical/ Mechanical background.
. Able to understand technical drawing
. Posses welding skills is a plus
. Have a Class 3 or higher driving license or own a motorbike
. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided
