. Reporting to Regional Service Manager, you provide support, maintenance, service to customers based in Malaysia and Singapore.
. Diagnose, repair and maintain both 4- and 6-axis robot systems and associated controllers.
. Respond to customer service issues by phone, electronic means as required.
. Repair, Upgrade and Restart the robot systems at customer sites when required.
. Complete detailed Field Service reports in company CRM database and complete all related administration.
. Coordinate responsibilities, activities and schedule with Field Service Team Leader/Manager and Technical Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
. Learn company's robot programming language to be able to provide simple support and instruction
Requirements:
. Diploma /Degree in Engineering
. Minimum 3 years automation and/or Technical Service experience
. Experience in electrical/electronic and mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance as well as repair and refurbishment.
. Experience in reading and interpreting electrical/mechanical drawings and related technical documents.
. Able to engage, liaise and network with all levels
. Good computer skills including Microsoft Office. Previous experience of working with CRM would be advantageous.
. Willing to travel within Singapore and Malaysia
. Mon - Fri (8:30am to 5:15pm)
. Monthly salary + AWS + Variable Bonus.
