Field Service Engineer

. Perform preventive maintenance and calibration services in accordance with approved procedures, checklists and service requirements.

. Carry out field service activities safely, efficiently and professionally at customer sites.

. Complete and update PM checklists accurately and maintain good documentation practices.

. Use the designated CRM/ticketing system to update and close service jobs promptly.

. Provide completed checklists and electronic service reports to customers following service activities.

. Maintain service quality and support achievement of the targeted on-time PM completion rate of 95%.

. Communicate service status, issues and follow-up requirements clearly to customers and the Thermo Fisher team.

. Use company-provided tools and test equipment appropriately and maintain them in serviceable condition.
