- Position : Field Service Engineer
- Location : Kallang
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,300 Basic + Transport Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical and Dental benefits + Insurance

Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of scientific/analytical instruments.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
- Diagnose technical issues and escalate complex cases when required.
- Conduct product training and provide basic application support to customers.
- Prepare service reports, documentation and compliance records accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams, principals and regional stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery.
- Support continuous improvement in service quality, workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Keep updated on product knowledge, technical developments and safety requirements.
- Travel locally and overseas to support regional customers when required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation/Controls or equivalent.
- Experience with analytical/scientific instruments such as Particle Size Analyzers, XRF, spectroscopy systems and/or ICP spectrometers will be an advantage.
- Minimum 4 years of field service experience in scientific/analytical instrumentation.
- No experience welcome too, training will be provided.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Able to work independently with good planning and time management skills.
- Good documentation, safety awareness and communication skills.
- Willing to travel locally and overseas own transport preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
