Job Description

Our client, a leading Japanese manufacturing company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support and maintenance services for semiconductor equipment and related products. This role ensures high-quality support for customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating effectively with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for products to customers, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Coordinate and communicate with customers, head office, agents, and relevant stakeholders regarding product support.
- Provide support for CMP and other semiconductor equipment.
- Handle maintenance and support for Ozone Water Generators and other related products.

Requirement

Requirements & Preferences

(Must)
- Minimum Higher Nitec / Diploma in Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in engineering, technical support, or field service roles within the semiconductor equipment industry.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, ability to work under pressure, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work outside office hours and provide on-call support.

(Advantageous)
- Experience and knowledge related to semiconductor equipment.
