Job Description:

. Provide product technical support to customer.
. Communicate with Customer, Head Office, Agent and relevant parties for products supports.
. Support company's CMP and other equipment.
. Support Company products
. Other Adhoc duties

Job Requirements:

. Minimum 2 years experience in engineering, technical support, Field Service role of Semiconductor Industry Equipment.
. Preferably with some years of experience and related knowledge in semiconductor
. Higher Nitec / Diploma in Engineering
. Able to work independently and in collaboration with other team members.
. Positive attitude, willing to learn, can work under stress, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Able to work non office hour and on-call support (Not frequent, OT is paid)
