Job Summary
Provide timely on-site service, installation, and technical support for medical equipment while contributing to product improvement and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to service calls within the customer's stipulated response time to ensure minimal equipment downtime
- Perform on-site service and repair of medical and pharmaceutical equipment to restore functionality
- Test, install, and commission equipment at customer premises to ensure proper operation and compliance with specifications
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of company products to accurately address and resolve customer queries
- Inspect and test equipment, accessories, and consumables to verify quality and performance standards
- Deliver technical presentations and conduct training sessions to educate customers and internal teams as needed
- Prepare and submit weekly technical activity reports and other documentation to track service performance
- Support technical services during exhibitions, customer visits, and related events to enhance customer engagement
- Collaborate with overseas affiliated companies to provide technical support and share best practices when required
- Contribute feedback and insights to product improvement and localization efforts to better meet market needs
