Field Service Engineer (Probe)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, setup, and commissioning of semiconductor probers at customer sites
• Carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues
• Provide on-site technical support and training to customers
• Prepare service reports and documentation after each service activity
• Coordinate with internal teams and principals for technical escalation
• Support customers across Singapore and overseas when required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment support (prober experience preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
• Basic understanding of wafer testing processes is an advantage
• Willing to travel frequently (regional travel required)
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
