Key Responsibilities
Perform pump assembly, disassembly, installation, alignment, testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
Carry out scheduled maintenance, overhauls, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), commissioning, and performance fine-tuning.
Diagnose equipment faults using technical documentation and operating data and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.
Supervise on-site service activities and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.
Prepare service reports, conduct risk assessments, and ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
Provide timely after sales technical support to customers and perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in pump servicing and troubleshooting.
ITE Certificate (Merit) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Strong practical knowledge of pumps and mechanical systems.
