RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide quality service repair, calibrations and preventive maintenance on lab equipment at customer site
- Provide technical consultation to customers and prepare preventive maintenance check list
- To respond to customers requests by troubleshooting problems and take corrective actions within targeted timeline
- Able to understand technical drawing/troubleshooting charts
- High level of electrical/electronic troubleshooting down to component level.
- Able to learn and assimilate new technology quickly
REQUIREMENTS and TECHNICAL
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience in service / maintenance within scientific industry
- Having refrigerant knowledge and robotic liquid handling equipment will be of advantage
- Able to work independently and a team player
- Detail oriented , self-starter and coachable
- High Level of troubleshooting attitude and adapt to multi-tasking environment
- Problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with good business acumen
