Job Summary
You will manage and support the ground team in daily residential and commercial moving operations, ensuring clear communication with clients and internal teams, timely job completion, and safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily residential and commercial moving operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Brief and supervise drivers, movers, and packers on job scope and requirements to align team efforts
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients on-site to facilitate clear communication and service delivery
- Resolve last-minute and on-site issues promptly to prevent delays and maintain operational efficiency
- Ensure safety protocols and proper handling of items during moves to protect staff and client property
- Submit detailed reports and provide crew performance feedback to support continuous improvement
- Manage multiple job sites under pressure while maintaining organization and control
- Work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks as required during moving operations
- Communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written, to coordinate with clients and team members
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in logistics, moving, or field operations to enhance operational effectiveness
Other Information
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as needed
